Shipping from local warehouse is significantly faster. We offer free shipping from our local warehouse to USA, Canada, Japan and European countries.

Note: If the products are out of stock in our local warehouse,we will ship the products from Hong Kong warehouse via Register Airmail shipping method with tracking number, that may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and also assure you that we will provide you tracking info on time so that you will be familiar with status of your package.

I Urgently Want My Order Can I Use Express Shipping?

ZEMALIA is happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot let you know what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order, so that you will not be surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Why Is My Country Not Covered By Free Shipping?

Shipping for each country differs. We strive for shipping to be at its cheapest, however we also value safe and reliable delivery. Although you may have to pay a small amount for delivery, you can rely on the shipment being delivered.
